Supplying Files so they print how you expect

We want the same thing that you want. We want your graphic files to print without fuss and look the way you meant them to. We’ll be honest with you – of the small number of jobs that don’t print as expected; the overwhelming majority are from files supplied to us.  The best way to start is to take a look at our file supply guide.

Even if you’re a seasoned professional and are used to supplying files for print, please read this guide anyway – our process is likely to be different to what you’re used to.  It’s definitely the best way to ensure that you don't suffer any unnecessary delays, costs and heartache.

If you don’t have a designer or you're unsure of how to make your printed output look wonderful why not consider using one of our online designs.  Designed by professional graphic designers, all of our design templates are ready for printing.  All you have to do is choose your favourite, edit the content and swap out the images.


 

PDFs are best

You can supply a number of different file types as listed in our file supply guide, like PDFs, high res JPEGs or TIFFs. You'll get better results though submitting your files as vector based PDF's. This will make sure your lines and text are sharp and crisp.

If you are working with Microsoft office software please convert your file to a PDF before uploading.

When you upload your file we will validate it (using our state of the art pre-flight software!) so that it works with our systems. If we pick up something that is causing an issue or encounter any problems we will be sure to let you know
